Let us Customize your Outdoor Experience
Snowbelt Custom Outfitters is owned and operated by lifelong hunters and friends Jim Holden and John Grenz. We get as much enjoyment out of putting a fellow hunter onto a high quality hunt as much as if we were on the hunt ourselves! Snowbelt Custom Outfitters is directly linked to Outfitters 4 Patriots, a non-profit organization that takes wounded veterans and handicapped children hunting, fishing and everything outdoors.
Now booking for the only two, 5 day hunts we are offering for the 2019 season. First 5 day hunt is muzzle loader in mid October and the second 5 day hunt is for the rifle opener in early November. We are only accepting up to 5 hunters per 5 day period. The hunt includes lodging in campers on our 3,000 acre private lease, all meals, fixed tower stands, 2 man ladder stands and enclosed blinds set over food plots, clear cuts, feeders, logging roads and in heavily timbered oak river bottoms, skin, quarter and freezing game for the trip home is included as well. Our land is strictly managed for quantity and a quality whitetail herd. The odds of harvesting a 3.5 to 6.5 year old trophy buck is extremely high. Hogs do not require an additional license or fees. Each hunter is allowed the chance at harvesting 1 hog and is included in the hunt plan. You are responsible to purchase your own license. They are sold over the counter and online at a cost of approximately $180 for 5 days. Total hunt fee (besides your license) is $1,500. $500 due at time of booking and balance of $1,000 to be paid by June 1, 2019.
Everything about our hunt was great; the remote cabin on the lake we stayed in, the fabulous meals and stories at the main cabin, the very remote stand sites chosen for us, retrieving and skinning our bears, etc. I highly recommend Snowbelt Custom Outfitters to anyone looking for a quality bear or whitetail hunt!
Wow! What an amazing experience hunting black bears for the first time. Event better was that I was able to share this experience with my dad! (You can also read Steve’s story about his hunt here)
I had the opportunity to meet some of the nicest most genuine people I have had the pleasure of calling my friends.
